Lynnway Auto Auction Inc. agreed to pay $200,000 in federal fines and implement a number of safety improvements at its facility following an accident that killed five people last year.
The Massachusetts auto auctioneer finalized its settlement with the Labor Department April 5 at the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, an independent federal agency that decides contests of federal worker safety citations and penalties.
