Judge Orders Printer Owner Arrested for Ignoring OSHA Subpoenas

A businessman’s alleged refusal to cooperate with OSHA investigators since March 2021 over a worker’s safety complaint has led to a federal order for his arrest.

The arrest order was issued Tuesday by Judge Audrey Fleissig of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri for Eric Foerstel, owner of Dale Printing Co., a small commercial printer and packaging firm in Kirkwood, Mo., according to court documents.
