Fuyao Glass America Faces $724,000 in Job Safety Penalties

Autoglass giant Fuyao Glass America Inc. faces $724,380 in proposed penalties for alleged ongoing workplace safety violations.

The Chinese-owned company’s Moraine, Ohio, plant, which provides glass for all major automakers, was issued four citations by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for alleged rule violations between February and June 2019. The citations were broken up into those that cover worker health and worker safety concerns.
