A Georgia roofing company settled with its former safety director after he was fired after raising safety concerns.
U.S. District Judge Mary Scriven ordered Kennesaw,Ga.-based Jasper Contractors Inc. and its owner to stop terminating employees who raise safety concerns or talked to Occupational Safety and Health Administration inspectors.
