A Florida homebuilding contractor faces a “willful” federal safety citation for allegedly failing to protect workers from falls—the sixth time it has been cited since 2012.
Panama City Framing LLC allegedly left workers exposed to falls of nearly 10 feet by not ensuring that they used safety harnesses or other fall-protection systems, according to citations announced Oct. 30 by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
