The serious citation includes the alleged violation of 29 C.F.R. 1926.501(b)(13), for failure to protect employees engaged in residential construction activities six feet or more above lower levels with a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system; and 29 C.F.R. 1926.503(c), for failure to ensure that employees who showed they were not adhering to fall protection safety guidelines were retrained.
