An Alabama metal tank manufacturer faces proposed fines of $101,800 after being cited for fire, explosion, and laceration hazards, according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
MPV Morganton Pressure Vessels faces citations for 10 serious safety violations at its Bay Minette, Ala., facility, OSHA said in a Feb. 8 announcement. The citations stem from OSHA inspections dating back to Sept. 28, 2017.
