Peter Dillon, the owner of construction company A4S LLC, will be sentenced in November after pleading guilty to a manslaughter charge related to a worker’s trench collapse death, the Labor Department said Wednesday.
The DOL’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration investigated the incident in which a 23-year-old employee died from a trench collapse in Breckenridge, Colo., while installing a residential sewer line.
