Cincinnati Roofer Gets $138,000 Fine on Worker Fall Protection

A Cincinnati roofing company faces a proposed $138,394 fine for allegedly failing to equip workers with safety gear that would prevent them from falling.

An Occupational Safety and Health Administration citation, issued April 10, alleges Benny’s Roofing LLC committed three serious and two repeat violations during a planned December inspection. The administration didn’t report any injury incidents during this inspection.
