A broadband and cable television service provider won reversal of an Occupational Health and Safety Administration citation and fine issued in the wake of the non-fatal electrocution of a lineman stringing fiber-optic cables.
The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission said OSHA had failed to show the company—Armstrong Utilities Inc., doing business as Armstrong Cable Services—had knowledge of the violative condition that led to the electrocution.
