A Wilbert Inc. manufacturing plant in Ohio faces $261,454 in proposed fines following unresolved worker safety violations for electricity and crush hazards, OSHA said.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued a citation to Wilbert Inc., which operates industrial plastic-mold manufacturing facilities in Ohio, Kentucky, and Minnesota as well as a sales and engineering office in Troy, Mich. The agency alleges the company exposed employees at its Bellevue, Ohio, facility to crush injuries, burns, and fall hazards.
