Amazon on Target to Meet Worker Safety Federal Subpoena Deadline

Amazon.com Services LLC is obeying federal government subpoenas to turn over tens of thousands of documents related to worker safety, according to attorneys for the company and the US Department of Justice.

“We’re on track to comply with the court’s deadlines, to date,” Amazon attorney Jason Schwartz, a partner with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in Washington, said during a status hearing Tuesday.
