The employer is contesting an other-than-serious citation and fine of $1,037. The other-than-serious citation includes an alleged violation of 29 C.F.R.1910.132(d)(2), for failure to verify that a required workplace hazard assessment had been performed through a written certification that identified the workplace evaluated, the person certifying that the evaluation has been performed and the dates of the hazard assessment (No. 18-0788).
