Yamaha Gets Fraud Claims Excised From Off-Roader Radiator Suit

Recreational off-road vehicle owners failed to show Yamaha Motor Corp. USA fraudulently concealed information about allegedly defective radiators because their complaint shows the company acknowledged that mud could clog the part, a federal court in Minnesota said.

But they may proceed with warranty claims, Judge Donovan W. Frank said Monday for the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
