Walmart Sued Over Girl Scouts Killed by Driver on Dust Spray (2)

Walmart Inc. and AW Distribution Inc. were hit with a federal suit in California over the sale of computer dust remover sprays by the relatives of two Girl Scouts and a chaperone who were killed by a driver high on Ultra Duster.

Ultra Duster contains difluoroethane (DFE), a central nervous system depressant that, when inhaled, “causes debilitating and impairing effects such as unconsciousness, drowsiness, dizziness, and suffocation,” the complaint alleges.
