Volkswagen Group of America Inc.'s proposed settlement, for relief worth $57.3 million, of claims that certain cars’ suspensions cause uneven and accelerated tire wear has drawn no objections and a very small percentage of opt-outs, the company and consumers told a federal court in Florida.
The deal covers 370,443 owners and lessees of model year 2009–2017 Volkswagen CC vehicles, according to filings in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
