Utah Harley-Davidson Shop to Pay $450,000 in Clean Air Lawsuit

A Harley-Davidson dealership in Salt Lake City, Utah, will pay a $450,000 penalty as part of a settlement with an environmental group a federal judge approved.

The US District Court for the District of Utah signed off on the consent decree between the Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment and the business Wednesday, stating the settlement’s requirements “align with Clean Air Act’s purpose of protecting air quality and preventing air pollution.”
