Trump Administration Appeals Reinstatement of Product Regulators

The Trump administration told a federal judge it’s asking an appeals court to reverse his order reinstating product safety regulators who had been fired.

Officials including Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and Director of the Office of Management and Budget Russell Vought filed a notice of appeal Monday with the US District Court for the District of Maryland.
