Toyota Accelerator Suits Consolidated Before Federal Judge Selna in California

AUSTIN, Texas—A panel of federal judges April 9 consolidated suits against Toyota Motor Corp. over unintended acceleration before Judge James V. Selna of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California (In re Toyota Motor Corp. Unintended Acceleration Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation).

An initial case management order is expected within the next two to three weeks, plaintiffs’ attorney Dana Taschner told BNA April 13.
