A private company that operates military housing may proceed with claims against manufacturer of allegedly leaky polyethylene plumbing used in the construction of units at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma County, after the Western District of Oklahoma found the claims timely.
The time limits for filing the claims were tolled until AMC West Housing LP discovered that the leaks in the new homes were caused by cracks in NIBCO Inc.'s plumbing products, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma said Tuesday.
