Taco Bell Eaters Say They Got Blood-Tainted Tacos in Dallas

A Taco Bell restaurant in Dallas served up tacos tainted with human blood, a new lawsuit alleges.

The unusual suit filed Dec. 31 in Texas District Court, Dallas County, alleges the two plaintiffs consumed “horribly contaminated food, covered in a Taco Bell employee’s blood.” They also sued an “unknown Taco Bell employee” who prepared the food.

Joel Gonzalez and Heather Gaston, both of Carrollton, Tex., discovered the blood on wrappers for the Taco Supremes and Cheesy Gordita Crunch they purchased in 2016, according to the complaint.
