Swagway Hoverboard Class Suit Should Proceed, Judge Says

Swagway LLC’s sealed request to toss a proposed nationwide class action over its allegedly fire-prone hoverboards should be denied, a magistrate judge said in a recommendation that’s also under seal for now.

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana should unseal the motions and his own report, Magistrate Judge Michael G. Gotsch Sr. said in a ruling summarized in a docket entry.
