Supplement Maker Defeats Suit by Man With Blue Skin

A man whose skin permanently turned blue-gray lost his suit against dietary supplement maker Beneficial Solutions LLC, which allegedly marketed the colloidal silver he ingested, because he filed the case too late, a federal court in Nevada ruled.
