Laird Superfood Inc., maker of powdered “superfood” coffee creamers, can’t exit a proposed class suit alleging it exaggerates how far a container will go.
Lovelyn Gwinn raised viable claims and her suit isn’t barred by federal food labeling regulations governing serving size, the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said Thursday.
