Starkist $12M Tuna Underfilling Deal Gets Final Nod

A $12 million settlement over allegations Starkist Co. systematically underfilled tuna cans got the final nod Sept. 29 (Hendricks v. Starkist Co., N.D. Cal., No. 13-00729, 9/29/16).

The approval came over some objections, and the court awarded lower attorneys’ fees than were requested.
