Pacific Market International LLC, the parent company behind the viral Stanley Cup tumblers, says proposed class actions over its alleged failure to disclose the presence of lead in the products should be dismissed as duplicative.
The company filed the motion to dismiss March 29 in Barbu v. Pacific Market International LLC after filing a nearly identical one in Krohn v. Pacific Market International earlier in March.
