SoClean Sleep-Equipment Cleaner Suits Head for Pennsylvania

Proposed class actions alleging SoClean Inc. deceptively marketed disinfecting products for breathing machines used by sleep apnea patients will be combined before a federal judge in Pennsylvania who already oversees litigation involving the breathing devices, the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation said Wednesday.

The cleaners are used to maintain the CPAP and similar machines, used by individuals with various respiratory conditions.
