Sky Zone Can’t Use Lawsuit Waiver Signed By Another Kid’s Parent

Sky Zone Trampoline Park will face negligence claims brought by the mother of a child injured at a Mount Olive, N.J., park, after a state appeals court said that a parent hosting a group of 10 kids didn’t have authority to waive the right to sue on behalf of the other parents.
