Six Flags Must Face Man’s Roller-Coaster Injury Claims

Six Flags and the manufacturers of the Kingda Ka roller coaster at New Jersey’s Great Adventure park must keep defending claims by a man who alleges a too-tight harness caused spinal injuries, a federal court in the state said.

Christopher Fabricant stated plausible negligence claims against Six Flags Great Adventure LLC, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey said in an unpublished decision. The court also allowed his design defect and failure-to-warn claims against Intaride LLC and Intamin Ltd. to advance.
