SharkNinja Operating LLC can’t exit a proposed class suit over blenders with a blade assembly that allegedly could detach from the pitcher during use, the Northern District of California said.
Krystal Wallace plausibly alleged that “a blender with razor sharp blades that are not secured during operation is not fit for its ordinary purpose,” the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California said in allowing her warranty claims to advance.
