Saints’ Ticket Grants Seat, Not Satisfactory Season

A season ticket holder may not sue for damages for emotional anguish and diminished ticket value because a football team’s “competitive quality” has been compromised, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana held Jan. 30 (Mancina v. Goodell, E.D. La., No. 12-2512).
