Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. reached a confidential settlement with the estate of a passenger who drowned on a shore excursion and others who survived the outing, according to a notice filed in the Southern District of Florida.
Royal Carribean reached the agreement with the estate of Barbara Sibblis, as well as two adults and three minor children who survived the excursion.
Sibblis and the other plaintiffs, Clarice Lee, Nicole Woodley, and Woodley’s children, were passengers on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship, the Adventure of the Seas.
