Big Lots of Columbus, Ohio, is recalling about 375,000 glider recliners whose moving parts can cause finger entrapment and crush injuries, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said Oct. 25. The moving parts of the gliders—microfiber and leather glider recliners with ottomans—can create an exposed gap, allowing access to toddlers and infants. Two children under 2 years old reportedly were found trapped at the neck between horizontal components of the frame at the back of the chair.
