Testimony from former employees stating Michael Dandry Jr. worked around Paramount’s asbestos-containing product creates an issue of fact that must be resolved by a jury, Judge Nannette Jolivette Brown said. Her Wednesday order in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana denied Paramount’s bid for partial summary judgment.
