P&G Can’t Dodge Deception Suit Over Honey in DayQuil, NyQuil

Procter & Gamble Co. failed to convince a federal judge to completely toss a proposed class lawsuit accusing the company of deceptively marketing versions of DayQui and NyQuil cold and flu medicine as having enough honey to flavor the products and provide coating and soothing benefits.
