Norwegian Cruise Line (Bahamas) Ltd. defeated a Canadian’s man’s suit over his drunken tumble down a cruise ship hatch.
Olivier Caron waited too long to filed his claim that the cruise line served him too much alcohol, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit said Dec. 13.
