Weight loss company Noom Inc. wants the false advertising lawsuit brought against it by industry mainstay
Weight Watchers hasn’t alleged that Noom’s advertising for its 16-week weight loss program is literally false or impliedly false, Noom said in its Feb. 12 motion to dismiss, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
