No Second Bite in Suit Over Nordic Naturals Fish Oil

An attempt by a “serial pro se class action litigant” to get a second bite at Nordic Naturals over allegedly deceptive fish oil supplement labels got stopped by the Third Circuit (Hoffman v. Nordic Naturals, Inc., 3d Cir., No. 15-1362, 9/14/16 ).
