No MDL for Consumer Suits Over Ginkgo Biloba Marketing

Consolidation before a single federal judge isn’t warranted for litigation against NBTY Inc., Nature’s Bounty Inc., and Rexall Sundown alleging deceptive marketing of ginkgo biloba supplements as a memory aid, the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation said April 2 (In re NTBY, Inc., Ginkgo Biloba Mktg. & Sales Prac. Litig., 2015 BL 95801, J.P.M.L., 2608, 4/2/15).
