The Ohio Court of Common Pleas for Medina County must revisit its decision to grant a directed verdict against an attorney who alleged litigation support company Vestige Ltd. breached a contract by failing to communicate accurately the results of its forensic analysis of a computer, the Ohio Court of Appeals, Ninth Judicial Circuit held June 10, reversing and remanding the case (Vestige Ltd. v. Mills, Ohio Ct. App., 12CA0041-M, 6/10/13).
