Nissan Hit With Class Action Over Malfunctioning Radiator Fans

Owners of Nissan Pathfinder vehicles say the manufacturer concealed an unsafe and expensive defect in radiator cooling fans in 2013 through 2017 models of the cars, according to a proposed class action filed Wednesday.

Nissan America Inc. and its parent company, Nissan Motor Co., had a duty to inform customers about the cooling fan defect, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
