Spice icon McCormick & Co. cut the quantity of black pepper in its hallmark tins but kept their traditional sizes, misleading consumers about the reduced fill, a proposed consumer class suit says (Dupler v. McCormick Co., E.D.N.Y., 15-03454, complaint filed 6/15/15).
