Maui Jim Inc. and SmartBuy Guru Enterprises have settled their lawsuit in Chicago federal court, which involved counterfeiting claims against SmartBuy Guru and antitrust allegations against Maui Jim.
The joint stipulation disclosing the deal, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, doesn’t contain any details about the “private” agreement. Attorneys for both sides didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment Wednesday.
