Male Enhancement Drug Maker Must Face RICO Suit, Court Says

Male sex-enhancement product maker Outlaw Laboratory LP must continue to face RICO claims by retailers who say it threatened to sue them if they didn’t stop selling allegedly misbranded Rhino sex pills made by other companies.

The retailers have alleged facts showing that Outlaw’s suits against them were sham litigation, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California said June 4.

Outlaw began sending demand letters in 2017 to proprietors of gas stations, liquor stores, and corner stores.
