L’Oréal Beats Lawsuit Over ‘Keratin Caring’ Vegan Hair Products

No reasonable consumer would think L’Oréal USA Inc.'s “EverSleek Keratin Caring” line of vegan hair care products contain keratin, a federal court in Manhattan said.

The labels specifically say the products are 100% vegan, so no one would be led to think the products might contain the protein found in human hair, skin, and nails, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York said.
