‘Listerine Naturals’ Mouthwash Deceptively Labeled, Suit Says

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Inc. misleadingly portrays its “Listerine Naturals” herbal mint mouthwash because the oral care product is made with chemically produced ingredients, according to a new proposed class action filed in a New York federal court.

New Yorker Bobby Phillips says consumers are taken in by label claims touting the product as having a “99% Naturally Derived Formula,” and “Free of Artificial Sweeteners & Dyes.”
