Lenovo Sued Over Marketing of Allegedly Flawed 2-in-1 Laptops

Lenovo United States Inc. misled consumers about the functionality of some 2-in-1 laptops that can become practically unusable after just weeks or months of use, a new would-be class suit in Delaware federal court alleges.

The company promoted its Flex 5 and Yoga 730 computers as having “360°flexibility,” with touchscreen monitors that can be folded flat against the underside of the base to approximate the form of a tablet, according to the suit.
