Lands’ End Uniforms Harm Delta Airlines Workers, Suit Says (1)

Uniforms made by Lands’ End Inc. are making Delta Airlines flight attendants and gate agents sick, a new class lawsuit alleges.

The May 22 complaint filed by New York resident Monica Decrescentis and other Delta employees says the uniforms have resulted in skin rashes, headaches, fatigue, hair loss, low white blood cell counts, and other maladies.

The fabric, which also allegedly bleeds its “Passport Plum” dye on undergarments, may affect as many as 24,000 flight attendants and 40,000 gate agents.
