Lands’ End Inc. faces a narrower proposed class in a suit by Delta Airlines workers who allege their uniforms made them sick, after plaintiffs filed an amended complaint that no longer has nationwide scope.
The new complaint defines the would-be class as Delta workers who live and work in New York. The uniforms have allegedly caused skin rashes, headaches, fatigue, hair loss, low white blood cell counts, and other symptoms.
