A $10 million settlement between Keurig Green Mountain Inc. and a certified class of consumers who say it duped them about the recyclability of single-serve coffee pods was tentatively approved by a federal court in California.
The deal also requires Keurig to qualify its representations that the pods are recyclable with a disclaimer advising consumers to check with local facilities.
